Public art in the Town of Truckee, California, where a town Public Art Commission advises on art in public places. The records here come from the town's public art database map layer, kept only where a work is a painted mural on an outside wall. Bike racks, sculpture, ceramic tile pieces, indoor works and galleries are left out. Most records give no year.
Murals of the World is not affiliated with Truckee Public Art. If you run it, claim this page to correct records, credit artists, add photos and link your tours.
Photographed one of these walls? Your photo can run on its record with your name, the date you took it and a link to your work.

Claiming is free. We check the email on the group’s website, then a person looks over the claim. After that you can fix records and add photos.
Records come from the public mural map on townoftruckee.gov/274/Public-Art-Commission. Every wall page links back to its record there. The artists keep all rights in the murals.
